TravelSafe Anti-Leech Socks are a must-have in your tropical gear and help prevent annoying bites. Recommended for jungle trips in Asia or South America. Leeches are found all over the world. Especially in plant-rich, stagnant or slow-flowing waters up to half a meter deep, and even on moist forest floors. If you go on excursions through the jungle, there is a great risk of coming into contact with these bloodthirsty little beasts. Leeches attach primarily to the calves and lower legs, and their bite penetrates regular socks. These bites itch badly and are likely to become infected, especially in a humid climate.
