The Kayland Grand Tour GTX hiking boot embodies Kayland’s brand-new vision for hiking. Featuring the Vibram® Tork sole, designed exclusively for Kayland, this boot offers optimal grip on the most demanding terrain, however rugged and varied it may be. The suede upper with microfibre panels ensures a boot that is both lightweight and ultra-durable. Lightness and protection are the Grand Tour GTX’s key strengths. The stone guard and rubber side reinforcements are bonded directly to the upper for unrivalled protection against rough terrain, particularly around the midfoot and forefoot, whilst significantly reducing the boot’s weight. Weather protection is provided by the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane, whilst ankle support is ensured by Kayland’s Ankle Lock system, which prevents abnormal movements.The fit is flexible and precise, and enhanced by the Lycra collar which wraps around the foot without putting pressure on the ankle. The boot is easy and comfortable to fasten thanks to the use of eyelets that contour to the sole and instep.
