The XP II Plus from Carinthia is a bivouac shelter with a hoop that clears the face. Thanks to GORE-TEX® ARID LITE AIR technology, an exceptional 3-layer membrane, it is absolutely waterproof and extremely breathable. Loops located underneath allow you to integrate an insulating mattress to increase comfort and protection against the cold. A bivouac shelter may be necessary when you can't find a place to pitch a tent or when you have to spend the night under the stars. A bivouac tent can then prove vital! GORE-TEX® Arid Lite Air is an exceptional 3-layer laminated membrane, both absolutely waterproof and extremely breathable. Unlike the GORE-TEX® membrane used in clothing, Arid Lite Air is breathable. Carinthia tents and bivouac shelters can thus be completely closed, offering absolute protection against bad weather and great comfort.
